Just a few house rules so there aren't any surprises...

Check in is any time after 3:00 PM. Our B&B is in our home, so you don't have to hurry for a check-in with us. Just let us know when you have an idea of your arrival time.

Check out is 11:00 AM.

Absolutely no illegal activities of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property.

Guests must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult relative.

A valid photo I.D. and credit card will be required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy - A minimum 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. We can take payments with credit or debit cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover or MasterCard) or cash. If you plan to pay with cash we do require a credit card to hold the reservation until your arrival. No-shows will not be refunded for any reason.

*Smoking is permitted on the patio only. Violators will be subject to a minimum $250 cleaning fee.

**Brick House is a PET FREE home. We love animals as much as you do, but allergies prevent us from being able to accept them as guests in our home. Actively working, professionally trained, certified service dogs (as defined below) are the only exception. We can recommend a local home where you can board any non-working dogs, depending on availability at the boarder's. All animals must have current vaccinations before being accepted at any boarder's.

"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."   (https://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm)
